We recently asked you to tell us what you think of our service and through-out the months of November and December 2015 we had a great response. The feedback not only meets the requirement of or ISO 9000 registration but perhaps most importantly is used to improve our service making it even more aligned with our customers’ requirements and ensure that we continue to be an alternative to the OEM’s for the supply of replacement Variable Speed Drives (VSD’s) 

In order to achieve the highest standards in customer satisfaction  in the industry, we will continuously drive forward improvements in our customer services and engineering processes. We undertake to do this via ongoing dialogue with our customers, and through regular surveys, feedback exercises and service audits.


Our customers were presented with a set of eight questions with five options rating us from poor to excellent with an additional open question regarding service exchange option. The results are based on NDC’s performance over the past 12 months.  We are happy to say that the feedback we received reflected that our customers were overall 97% happy with NDC as a supplier including areas such as collection & delivery and customer service.


Let’s take a closer look at the results…


At NDC we like to delve a bit deeper and look at the detail of our customer’s feedback to identify any improvements that could be made. The results from the survey showed us that we are doing ok with 96.77% rating us good to excellent when asked about customer service, the free assessment and quotation service, the reliability of the repairs, the warranty offers on repairs and the ‘ease of dealing’ with NDC.


When asked about our free collection & delivery service and about packaging & presentation of repairs on return our customers gave us a rating of 100% good to excellent.


And finally 48.39% of our customers stated they could make use of a service exchange option for failed units.


The prize winner…


In order to reward participants for their time, we decided to operate a prize draw for an iPad. We selected the winner and our congratulations go to a Service Manager of a Compressor Servicing Company in West Yorkshire. We hope that he enjoys his prize!


 We would like to say thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the survey and help shape the future of NDC but we will not ‘rest on our laurels’  we will continue to strive for greater excellence in engineering, reliability, customer service and value for money services
