94% Endorse improvements in NDC service delivery

The first quarter survey has recently been completed and the results published. NDC customers roundly endorsed improvements in our services with 94% responding that they were either very or extremely satisfied with our service delivery. We recognise that we must strive to raise the bar again, and we will conduct a further survey during the 3rd Quarter.

To achieve the highest standards in customer satisfaction we are resolved to continously drive forward improvements in our customer services, commercial and engineering processes.

We undertake to do this via ongoing dialogue with our customers, and through regular surveys, feedback exercises and service audits.

To achieve the lowest % warranties in the industry, we combine this engaging customer-centred approach with the rigorous application of a raft of Quality Tools including function testing to replicate as closely as possible the working and application context of a given device.
